NEET PG Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who want to appear in NEET-PG must meet certain required eligibility criteria-
- Candidate must have MBBS degree from institution recognized by National Medical Council (NMC)
- Candidates must have completed compulsory rotational internship on or before 30th June, 2023.
- There is no age limit to apply for NEET-PG.
NEET PG Application 2023
The examination governing body NBE, will make the application form available online. Dates for NEET PG 2023 applications will most likely be issued in the second week of January 2023. Candidates must first register in order to submit an application form for NEET PG 2023. NEET PG 2023 Application- How to Apply?
For the candidate’s convenience, a step-by-step guidance on how to fill out the application form is provided below.
Step-1 Online Registration
Go to the official website of NEET PG or click on the link provided on this page after the registration link will be available online. On the screen, an instruction page will appear. After carefully reading the guidelines, candidates must click the ‘Proceed’ button to continue with new registration.
Following that, medical graduates must enter basic information such as their father’s and mother’s names, permanent address, ID proof, contact information, and email address. Once the registration credentials are complete, candidates must either save and proceed or cancel their registration.
The candidate ID is generated and emailed to the applicant’s registered email address and mobile phone number. Candidates will also be required to change their password for security reasons.
Candidates will be sent to the NEET PG login window once their password has been changed. Candidates must login to the portal by providing their candidate ID, password, and the captcha code provided.
Step-2 Fill the Application form
The registered details in the NEET PG 2023 application form will appear on the screen after a successful login. Candidates who want to edit or update their information can do so by clicking the ‘edit’ button. Otherwise, they can select ‘continue’ to finish the NEET PG application procedure. Fill your Qualification details, personal details, internship details and medical registration details.
Step-3 Select the examination center
Moving forward in the application process, applicants must select their desired city/location for taking the exam. Candidates can examine the availability of seats in various places by selecting the NEET PG exam center 2023. The city for the NEET PG exam is chosen on a first-come, first-served basis.
Step-4 Upload scanned documents
Following the choice of the exam city, candidates must provide scanned photos of their passport-size photograph, signature, and left-thumb impression, as specified by the authority.
Step-5 Application fee payment
Before selecting the preferred exam city, students must select the option of online payment to submit the NEET PG 2023 form. The NEET PG 2023 application fee can be paid online using credit/debit cards or net banking. The fee for the general category candidates is 4250, and for reserved category candidates, it is 3250 INR only.
When the payment is completed, a new page with the payment information and the payment receipt will appear on the screen.
Step-6 Take print out of the NEET PG application
After completing all of the processes, the completed NEET PG application form will be presented on the screen. Candidates must print and save the application form for future reference.
